Information we do not require to create an account:
- You can place an order as a guest with just your name, phone number, and address — an account is created automatically so you can track that order and any future ones.

- Route your sample to the appropriate partner lab and schedule a phlebotomist visit

4. Sharing Your Information

AYUCHECK is a marketplace, not a laboratory — we route your sample to whichever partner lab is assigned to fulfill each test in your order. To do this, we share the minimum information necessary (your name, contact details, collection address, and the tests ordered) with:
- The partner lab performing your test, so they can process your sample and upload your report
- The phlebotomist assigned to your appointment, so they can collect your sample at the right time and place
- Payment processors (including Razorpay), solely to complete and verify your payment
- Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. SMS and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. Diagnostic reports are stored securely and are only accessible to you, the fulfilling lab, and authorized AYUCHECK staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. Diagnostic reports are retained so you can access your test history over time.

7. Your Rights

You may:
- Access, review, or request correction of your account information at any time by logging in
- Request deletion of your account, subject to our ability to retain records required by law (e.g. completed order and payment history)
- Opt out of non-essential communications
