Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ayucheck.com and the related mobile experience (the "Platform"), operated by AYUCHECK ("AYUCHECK", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About AYUCHECK

AYUCHECK is a marketplace and aggregator — we are not a diagnostic laboratory. We connect customers with independent, partner diagnostic laboratories ("Partner Labs") that perform the actual testing, and with phlebotomists who visit your home to collect samples. Different tests in the same order may be routed to different Partner Labs depending on which lab performs that test.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on your own behalf, or place an order on behalf of a dependent (such as a minor or family member) for whom you are legally authorized to make such decisions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may also place an order as a guest by providing your name, phone number, and address, without creating a password-protected account.

4. Placing Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your collection address and a valid contact number. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by AYUCHECK — placing an order does not guarantee availability of a phlebotomist at your preferred date/time, though we will contact you to confirm or reschedule.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via Cash on sample collection, UPI, and online payment through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change, but the price shown to you at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged for that order.

6. Sample Collection

A phlebotomist will visit the address you provide at the scheduled time to collect your sample. Please ensure someone is available at the address during the scheduled window, and follow any test-specific preparation instructions shown on the test/package page (such as fasting requirements). AYUCHECK and its Partner Labs reserve the right to decline or reschedule collection if preparation instructions were not followed, as this can affect result accuracy.

7. Lab Partners and Reports

Your sample is processed by the Partner Lab assigned to that test. Reports are uploaded to your account once ready and can be downloaded from your order page. Reports are provided for your information and should be reviewed with a qualified medical practitioner — see our Medical Disclaimer for more detail. AYUCHECK does not interpret results or provide medical advice.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel an order before your sample has been collected, subject to the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by providing false information, attempting to interfere with its operation or security, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to AYUCHECK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYUCHECK acts as an intermediary connecting you with Partner Labs and phlebotomists, and is not liable for the accuracy of test results, the conduct of Partner Labs or phlebotomists, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
